Overview
Rendara, developed by IntelliLogics Apps, outlines how it collects and manages user data through its AI art generation mobile application.
Data Collection
The app gathers information through four mechanisms:
User-Provided Data
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo. Guest access is available without personal details.
Usage-Generated Data
AI-created images, subscription tier information, and account management data are stored in cloud systems.
Automatic Collection
Device specifications, crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics, and anonymized usage patterns are tracked.
Photos Submitted for Transformation
When you use an AI transformation feature, you voluntarily submit a photo. This photo is temporarily processed by our AI service provider (see Third-Party Partnerships below). We do not permanently store submitted photos beyond what is necessary to deliver the transformation result.
Third-Party AI Service
Our app uses Replicate (replicate.com) as a third-party AI service to provide photo transformation features. When you use a transformation, the following data is transmitted to Replicate:
- Photos or images — the photo you select or capture to transform
This data is used solely to generate the AI transformation result and is not used for advertising or sold to any party. Replicate processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy at replicate.com/privacy, which provides equivalent data protection. You will be asked for your explicit consent before any photo is transmitted to Replicate.
Transformation results (output images) are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage for a maximum of 7 days and are then automatically deleted. The original photo you submitted is not stored by our app.
Camera and Face Data
Our app requests access to the camera to allow you to capture photos for use as AI transformation input. We do not collect, process, analyze, store, or share face data of any kind. No facial recognition, face mapping, or biometric processing is performed by our app or any third party.
Photos taken via the camera are only transmitted to Replicate if you explicitly choose to send them as input, as described above.
Data Usage Purposes
We use collected information to:
- Operate services and manage accounts
- Display ads to free-tier users
- Fix technical issues and crashes
- Send important account notices (no marketing emails)
- Meet legal requirements
Third-Party Partnerships
Seven external services handle different functions:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
User Control Options
- •Delete account: Permanently delete your account via Settings → Delete Account within the app.
- •Disable ads: Upgrade to a paid subscription to remove advertisements.
- •Stop data collection: Uninstall the app at any time.
- •Withdraw AI photo consent: You may withdraw consent for AI photo processing at any time by not using transformation features.
Additional Protections
- Crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 24 months.
- The service is not directed at children under the age of 13.
