This Privacy Policy describes how IntelliLogics Apps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Rendara Art mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo.
- Guest users may use the App without providing any personal information.
Information generated through use
- Images you create using the App's AI features are stored securely in our cloud storage.
- Your subscription tier (Free, Premium, or Pro) and usage data are stored to manage your account and enforce plan limits.
Automatically collected information
- Device type, operating system, and mobile browser type.
- App crash reports and diagnostic data collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Anonymous usage analytics to understand how the App is used and improve functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the App and its features
- Manage your account and subscription
- Display relevant advertisements to free-tier users
- Monitor and fix crashes and bugs
- Send important notices about your account or the App (no marketing emails)
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers optional paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro). All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and entitlements.
5. Data Retention
- Your account data (profile, subscription status, and generated images) is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 24 months.
- If you delete your account, all your personal data including your profile, generated images, and history are permanently deleted from our systems.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App via Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.
Opt out of ads: You can upgrade to a paid subscription to remove ads.
Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at jackassapps@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
