Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rendara. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may use Rendara as a guest or by signing in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Guest accounts are temporary and may not retain history or preferences across sessions.

Rendara offers the following subscription plans:

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your store account settings at any time.

We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment information.

Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region based on store pricing.

All purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

You retain ownership of any photos or images you upload to Rendara. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., applying transformations).

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, violence, hate speech, or harmful material
• Depicts or endangers minors in any way

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Rendara uses third-party AI models to generate and transform images. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You use all generated content at your own discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property regulations.

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its design, code, branding, and features — belong to IntelliLogics Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Free-tier users may see ads served by Google AdMob. These ads are governed by Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Rendara at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the App.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, your account data and associated content will be permanently removed.

Rendara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliLogics Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or device damage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
